 In this video we will show you how to add and manage players in your account roster. This is an improtant piece to managing your account as the player information needs to be correct in order to add players to tournaments, pull handicaps and communicate.  

To start a tournament login and navigate to "Tournament" and click Add Tournament. From there you can set up the main settings for your tournament including: Date, Lead Sponsor, Team Size, Handicap Source, Parimutual and Course Information

After creating the tournament it is important to review the Info Page. This page allows you to communicate important information to the players in the event or perspective players. This page can have pictures, sponsors and text. You can also display the tee sheet for each rounds, list registered players and tournament stats.

 Adding players to an event is extremely easy. However if you are asking players to register online, this video will show you how to set up your registration link in order to have players register and even pay with credit card. SMART Golf is integrated with Stripe, Moneris, Square Payments.

 Now that your players are registered, you can set up your round, skins and tee sheet. This video quickly walks you through the process. This high level overview will set you up with the basics. If you have specific requirements please see our Game Types to ensure setup is correct. 

SMART Golf offers both individual leagues and team based leagues. These leagues run season long points races along with many other game types to keep players engages. The team at SMART Golf will work with you to get set up each year to ensure your league is set properly. 

The team at SMART Golf will be happy to set up your league. Please reach out but once your league is set up you have the ability to make changes as needed. 

This video reviews how to set up a week for the league. The system will remember settings from week to week which should limit the amount of work each week. From starting a week to entering players it should take less than a 5 minutes from start to finish. 

Games in leagues are extremely important to get right and display for the players. Skins, Deuce Pots, Proximity Games are tpyically the main games leagues use but there are almost endless options you have to record the winners of the week. 

We lay out a step by setp guide for setting up your matchplay. The most important items you will want to know is the size of teams, format, handicap source and dates for the Match Play. 

Adding players to the Match Play event can be done in one of three ways. One at a time, excel upload or Online Registration. All three ways are very convientent and can be edited to your liking. 

Setting up your bracket takes seconds. Once you have set the bracket you will be able to move players and bye positions as needed. You can reset the bracket as long as you have no matches processed. 

Submitting the scores into the system takes seconds. We only allow adminstrators to edit the matches for a number of reasons. When the match has concluded the playres should inform the profesional shop staff who will enter the results into the system.
